At Tee Malfunction (https://teemalfunction.com), all products are sold on a strict no-refund, no-return basis.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
No Refunds. No Returns. No Exceptions.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at any cost, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selection
- Color or design preference issues
- Ordering the wrong product
- Delays in delivery
- Fit or comfort expectations
- Any personal dissatisfaction after purchase
All sales are final.
Print-on-Demand Products
Our t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts are made-to-order (print-on-demand).
Once an order is placed, it goes into production immediately and cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In rare cases where:
- You receive the wrong product, or
- The item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing error
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the product
- Order number
If verified, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
This does not qualify for a refund.
Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
- Lost or delayed shipments do not qualify for refunds.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback after agreeing to this policy may result in:
- Permanent banning from our store
- Legal action where applicable

- Design choice
- Quantity
- Shipping address
Any errors made during checkout — such as selecting the wrong size, color, item, or variant — are considered customer mistakes.
Such errors do not qualify for refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or replacements under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or corrected.
